Savage Slams Elizabeth Smart

It's a three ring circus of lies wherever you turn. It's all a fraud, top to bottom, domestically, internationally, nationally. So I say the headline today is "Snow White Raped by Bum in White Robes" and people get mad at me and take it the wrong way. But that IS the headline! If I were doing a late edition of a newspaper today, after you've heard everything you could ever want to hear -- about the war, and Saddam and Bush, was he right and Bush was he wrong, and Daschle you wanna dare him until you protest him -- can't you protest him? 24/7 ever schmuck on earth has a show and a radio and a column to write. And they're all covering everything the same way. Everyone's doing the same thing the same way, all day long. Now I come on late at night in the east coast, I mean it's kind of early in the evening. It's late afternoon in the west coast I want to get your attention and take about the subjects. My headline on my afternoon paper is "Snow White Raped by Bum in White Robes." And if you understood what I was saying, you'd know the bum in white robes is the villain in that story and that Snow White is the INNOCENT victim. And I'm on record as saying that if he's proven guilty, he should be hung within a year from his genitals in a downtown Salt Lake City lamppost. Or -- an alternative thing would be to throw him into the exercise yard at Pelican Bay and let the guards take a ten-minute pizza break.

Why am I the bad guy for saying that? For like a WEEK now, oh, since God Bless they found her, we've been hearing the same story: "Elizabeth is home, she's happy, she is baking cookies, she did a fashion show, and she slept holding her sister's hand." And I don't want to hear public relations garbage! I'm sick of it! Public relations from the government on the war, public relations on the home front, from Mr. Moose [sp]. Everywhere you turn, it's a PR machine. It's enough to make a mind explode, smoke come out of the ears. You know, I'm declaring war on the whole PR machine in this country. Then you've got the Oscars. More PR. [Talks at length about what his dislike for the Oscars.] So what do you want to talk about, Snow White, the bum, the Oscars? [Changes topic to the Iraqi war.]
