What's that, you don't know what ADOMinizer is, well you've come to the right place.
ADOMinizer is a freeware utility program for Thomas Biskup's game ADOM.
You can download ADOM from the offical ftp site at ftp://adom.dartmouth.edu/adom.
ADOMinizer provides the player with a graphical front-end to ADOM. With
a few clicks of the mouse, the player chooses how he/she would like to
start the game. Once all of the decesions have been made the player then
clicks the start button and ADOMinizer starts ADOM with the options the
player has choosen. ADOMinizer then provides the player with a number of
programmable macro buttons and a few other convenient features.
| Save | Saves the game |
| Save/Exit | Saves the game and Exits ADOMinizer |
| Save/Play | Saves the game and creates a backup, then restarts the game. |
| Quit | Quits ADOM without saving the game. |
| Quit/Exit | Quits ADOM without saving and exits ADOMinizer |
| Exit | Exits ADOMinizer. |
| Start New Game | Start a new game of ADOM from the startup screen |
| Restore Game | If the game has been backed-up, this restarts the game from the backup game. |
| Create/Edit Macro | Allows you to assign a new macro or edit an old macro |
| Remove Macro | Resets a macro to the default settings |
When ADOMinizer starts, you will be presented with a group of options. Select the options that you want and click the start button. ADOM will then start with the options that were selected. If starting a new character press the enter key after you have finished typing the character's name to enable the start button.
Remember, this is still a work in progress. I am open to all suggestions.
