Silly Putty
¼ cup liquid starch
1/3 cup Elmer's glue

The more it is kneaded, rolled and pulled, the more elastic it becomes. Put small amount of starch on children's hands to help keep putty from sticking. Store in airtight container. Putty will "bleed" water. Pour off water and reuse.
