Billy the Kid [Slowbro]

Amnesia
Fissure
Ice Beam*
Rest
@Leftovers

Now that Slowbro's speed no longer inhibits its use of Fissure, tanking up Slowbro and ripping up the ground can be quite effective.  Slowbro's only physical weaknesses are Ghost and Bug, both of which are very limited; and Amnesia will shield it from damage from the special-based attacks  -- enough that Billy can usually last through a Rest.  Slowbro has enough defense that the effectiveness of physical blows is blunted.  With this guy's great longevity, eight Fissures can down multiple (as in two or three) targets.  The space filled by Ice Beam above could be used for many things: Thunderbolt, Seismic Toss, Psychic, Surf, even Double Team or Thunder Wave (but the latter two make Billy useless against Flyers, and a Psyche Upper might enjoy copying six Double Teams and three Amnesias), depending on your team strategy.  Those aren't all the possibilities, of course; Slowbro has superb TM compatibility.  Also, the arch-enemy of the Monochrome Slowbro has been pruned; Razor Leaf isn't even a threat in the Metallics.  Billy can be used as the target for Baton Passed Evasive, Speed, and Defensive boosters, but this places it at risk to be Hazed and worsens the harm caused by being forced to be switched out.  When using Billy the Kid without a Baton Pass, don't be afraid to switch out if a Double Teamer comes in.  Non-Baton Pass usage is generally recommended.  Mystery Berry may be substituted for Leftovers to help Fissure, especially when used with defensive Baton Passing.

Primary Gender: Female

Position: Gold, Silver, Stadium 2.  Mid to late game.  Viable target for Baton Passed Evasive, Defensive, and Speed boosters.  Not to be used as starter or sweeper.  Unless Surf is included in moveset, not to be used to fill team slot for Water pokémon.  To be used in conjunction with Hazer, Whirlwinder/Roarer, or Psyche Upper to counter opponents' Double Teams.

Weaknesses:  Limited PP for Fissure.  Psyche Uppers.  Opponents may charge up while Billy the Kid uses Amnesia, especially with Double Team.  If used as Baton Pass target, many turns will be lost if Billy is switched out to counter opponents' Double Teams.  If used as Baton Pass target, Haze is a problem.

Ranking:  High Effectivity.  Moderate Risk.
