Orange Rosemary Pork Chops


      Ingredients:

      4 Thin Cut Pork Chops
      1/2 C. orange juice
      1/2 C. chicken broth
      1/2 t. rosemary



      Directions:
Cook chops, remove from skillet. 
Add orange juice, chicken broth, and rosemary to the pan. 
Simmer until reduced by half.  Pour over chops.


This is good served with broccoli and corn on the cob
but choose your own favorite side dishes.

       

      T = Tablespoon
      t  = teaspoon
      C = cup
