If you have answered yes to any or several of these questions, History may be perfect for you. You can enter Georgia History Day Competition and qualify for State and National competitions by preparing entries in the following areas.
- Media, group or individual
- Performance, group or individual
- Research paper, individual

Qualities needed between the team members include:
Excellent research skills
Common topic interest and a niche in resources available on the web
Expertise in webpage construction or eagerness to learn
Writting ability
Fluency in another language (not required but increases your chance of winning)
Mentor teacher to act as coach
