MISSION STATEMENT The mission of Dublin Middle School is to develop a self-sufficient, confident individual who is capable of understanding how to develop and attain goals which will allow him/her to become a positive, contributing member of society. We will accomplish this mission by providing a flexible staff with challenging, thought provoking curriculum in a safe and orderly environment. BELIEFS 1. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect, dignity, and fairness based on individual needs. 2. Everyone is worthy of proper love, care, supervision, and guidance. 3. All individuals are capable of learning through visual, auditory, kinesthetic, and technological methods. 4. Every individual needs to experience some measure of success. 5. A free education is a privilege and a responsibility. 6. Every individual has self-worth. 7. Rights come with responsibilities. 8. Everyone needs to be respectful and supportive of his/her country. 9. Learning is a life-long process and is enhanced by high expectations. 10.
