I served with S-2, 326th Engineer Battalion, 101st Airborne Division, from Nov. 1967 to Nov. 1968 in Vietnam. I went to Bien Hoa, Song Be, Hue-Phu Bai, Ashau Valley. I did all kinds of recons (field recons, air recons, road recons). My title was information specialist. I was promoted to E-5 after my sergeant got wounded. I now suffer from PTSD.
